Stoll, widow of Eugene K. Stoll (Stoll), praying for benefits allegedly owing because of Stoll’s death and claimed to have accrued while Stoll was in the employ of the defendants School District (No. 1) of Lincoln, in Lancaster County, Nebraska (LPS), the Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA), and School District (No. 7) of O’Neill in the County of Holt (O’Neill).
