OPINION
VOLINN, Bankruptcy Judge:
OVERVIEW
The debtor and his spouse executed a marital settlement agreement which transferred to the spouse as her separate property a beneficial interest in a partnership held for her in trust and separate ownership of the family residence. In return, the debtor received as separate property his spouse’s community interest in his medical practice and in his legal education. The court found that while the division of property may have been fair and equitable as between the parties, the debtor had actual intent to hinder, delay or defraud his creditors. The court…
