Plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the telephone business in the vicinity of Kearney. Its stockholders, officers and subscribers are farmers, who are served by connecting the telephones with party wires which converge at Kearney, and are there connected with a local switchboard owned, controlled and operated by the Kearney Telephone Company. Plaintiff pays said company a fixed sum for connecting the teléphones of its subscribers to complete service.
