Affirming.
By this proceeding, the Kentucky National Park. Commission, KRS 148.090, is condemning a portion of Cumberland Mountain, adjacent to the tract of which the celebrated Pinnacle is a part, that it may be brought into the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park area, as designated by the Congress of the United States and the Secretary of the Interior.
