— Order insofar as appealed from unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiffs seek damages for injuries suffered when plaintiff Robert Reeves fell from a platform at the plant of defendant Red Wing. The complaint alleges that defendants Meister Contracting Company (Meister) and Raymond Burgun Trucking, Inc. (Burgun) were negligent and violated Labor Law §§ 200, 240 (1) and § 241 (6).
