These consolidated actions are before the court to determine whether transfers to the defendants by Milwaukee Cheese Wisconsin, Inc. (MCWI), the involuntary Chapter 11 debtor and the plaintiff, are avoidable as preferential payments pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). 1 The plaintiff seeks judgments against the defendants as follows:
