AMENDED MEMORANDUM DECISION

INTRODUCTION

The United States District Court remanded this preference action for reconsideration of whether payments by the debtor totaling $157,531.98, within 90 days of bankruptcy, were made according to ordinary business terms. The district court ruled that this requires a determination of the industry in which Milwaukee Cheese Wisconsin was engaged, as provided by 11 U.S.C. § 547(c)(2)(C).
