In this appeal from a judgment of the United - States District Court for the Western District of New York (Arcara, /.) revoking supervised release, Germaine Robinson argues [i] that the charging document afforded inadequate notice of the alleged violation of release; [ii] that the sentence must be vacated under United States v.
