Libellant Standard Eléctrica, S.A., appeals from a judgment entered by Judge McLean in the Southern District of New York, on August 25, 1966, denying libellant’s motion for summary judgment made pursuant to Rule 58 of the Admiralty Rules of the United States Supreme Court, and dismissing its complaint seeking $13,300 from the defendant-appellee, Hamburg Suda-merikanische Dampfschifffahrts-Gesell-sehaft, as additional damages for the loss of 1,680 television tuners shipped from New York to Rio de Janeiro.1 The entire shipment consisted of nine “pallets,” each containing…
