DECISION AND ORDER
MARRERO, District Judge.
Plaintiff Wells Fargo Century, Inc. (“Wells Fargo”) commenced an action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County (the “State Court”), against Peter Brown (“Brown”), Daniel Rubin, and Leonard Rubin (the “Rubins”) (collectively, the “Defendants”). Thereafter, invoking this Court’s diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332, Defendants removed the action to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441.
