Plaintiff Olabisi Salis (“Salis”) brought this action against defendants American Export Lines (“AEL”) and Hoegh Autolin-ers Inc. (“Hoegh”) (collectively, “Defendants”) seeking damages arising out the alleged non-delivery of a used 2006 Sunny-brook Motorhome (the “Camper”) to Lagos, Nigeria from the United States. Defendants move for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 (“Rule 56”).
