MEMORANDUM-OPINION

G. WILLIAM BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the plaintiff’s Complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of its debt under Section 523(a)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code.

The pertinent facts are not in dispute. On or about February 2, 1975, the debtor, William Leroy Lones, executed a promissory note to the plaintiff, Indiana National Bank, in the original amount of $20,557.44.
