Introduction and Summary

Whimsical bronze figures, some approximately one and one-half feet high, some smaller, were placed in the courtyard of the' newly constructed Sacramento federal courthouse building, the “public egress,” as part of the artwork commissioned by the Government Services Administration (GSA).
