Daniel Parish, Michael H. Parish, and Allegheny Asphalt and Paving Company, Inc., were indicted afc No. 31 February Sessions, 1951, Court of Quarter Sessions of Allegheny County, for bribery of Thomas E. Kilgallen, President of Council of the City of Pittsburgh. Defendants filed motions to quash. The Attor ney General filed motions to amend the indictment to bring the defendants within the exceptions to the general two-year statute of limitations.
