Caribbean Cruise appeals the trial court’s order granting the Better Business Bureau of Palm Beach County’s1 (“BBB”) motion to dismiss. After receiving an “F” grade from BBB, Caribbean Cruise filed a complaint against BBB seeking damages and injunctive relief for defamation and violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (“FDUTPA”). On appeal, Caribbean Cruise argues that the trial court erred in granting BBB’s motions to dismiss both counts.
