THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Defendants Invicta Watch Company of America, Inc. (“Invicta”), TM Brands, LLC (“TM Brands”), Eyal Lalo (“Lalo”) and Technomarine USA, Inc.’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 229), and upon Counter-Plaintiff TM Brands’ Motion for Summary Judgment as to Liability (ECF No. 228).
