MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROVNER, District Judge.
Plaintiff in this action appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, Fisher, J., denying the plaintiff’s complaint asserting the nondischargeability, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523, of a debt owed to the plaintiff by the defendant.
