In accordance with his pleas, the appellant was convicted of one charge and specification of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, *704one charge and specification of reckless endangerment, and one charge and four specifications of obstruction of justice, in violation of Articles 81 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 934. The appellant was also charged with attempted murder, in violation of Article 80, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 880, but pled guilty to the lesser included offense of aggravated assault with a loaded firearm, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 928.
