Louis Meneghin filed a complaint for a judgment to declare the rights and liabilities of the parties to a contract for the purchase of real estate wherein the plaintiff is purchaser and the defendants are the seller and real estate brokers. Plaintiff also sought a declaration of the amount of damages accruing to him as the result of defendants’ inducing the execution of the contract through misrepresentation and fraud.
