Complaint for injunction. Judgment on demurrer to the complaint, for 'the appellees. The facts on which the injunction was prayed are substantially the following : The appellee Nancy Chandler, on the 14th day of November, 1876, obtained in the court below a decree for the foreclosure of a mortgage on real estate, against Robert and Lydia E. Titus. Robert Titus had purchased subject to the mortgage, but had not assumed the payment of the debt. There was, therefore, no personal judgment rendered in connection with the decree.
