Now before the Court is Defendant ASC Machine Tools, Inc.’s (ASC) motion for summary judgment. (Doc. 215). The Court has jurisdiction over this case pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Plaintiff, Bradbury Company, Inc. (Bradbury) and ASC are competitors in the manufacturing and sales of rollforming equipment.
