This cause coming on for Re-hearing, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that:

/ This cause was filed in this Court on May, 19, 196S; and after numerous delays, plaintiff in error’s brief was filed on October 4, 1965. The Attorney General filed a Motion to Dismiss on November 12, 1965, and oral argument on the motion was held November 17, 1965. The attorney general argued that this Court is without jurisdiction due to plaintiff in error’s failure to properly perfect her appeal.
