Plaintiffs Bone Care International, LLC and Genzyme Corporation (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) brought this patent infringement suit against Defendants Pentech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Cobrek Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”) for infringement of United States Patent No. 5,206,116 (“'116 patent”).
