Appeal from a judgment of conviction and sentence of the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Charles J. Siragusa, Judge) for three counts of bankruptcy fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 152(1), (3), and cross-appeal from the denial of a two-level enhancement under U.S.S.G. § 2F1.1(b)(4)(B) (1998).
