Tbe parties to tbe above cause come to tbis court on an agreed statement of facts. These facts as recited in tbe submission are: that on October 10, 1927, Mina Miller, plaintiff herein, was married, in Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, to Charles Akana; that on March 22, 1934, a libel for divorce was brought by Mrs. Akana against her husband in the circuit court of the first judicial circuit of said Territory; that after the hearing on the libel and prior to entry of decree, a stipulation was entered into between the parties and filed on May 1, 1934, by the…
