OPINION OF THE COURT BY

COKE, J.

The record in this case shows that libellant and plaintiff in error, Fannie Hart, was granted an absolute divorce from the libellee and defendant in error, James Hart, by the circuit judge of the fifth circuit on the ground of cruelty. The decree was made and entered on June 28, 1916, and became effective from and after July 5, 1916. The plaintiff was also awarded permanent alimony in the sum of fifteen dollars per month, payment thereof to commence on the 10th day of July, 1916.
