WILLIAMS, Justice.
This is a suit against the American Liberty Oil Company, defendant below, to recover taxes on realty with foreclosure of tax lien allegedly due to the State of Texas, Gre'gg County, Common School Districts Nos. 4, 7, and 8, and the Gladewater County Dine Independent School District, on interests possessed by defendant in the Sabine River bed in Gregg County.
