GOLDEN, Justice.
[T1] Catherine Lynnette Morris (Morris) submitted a worker's compensation claim for permanent total disability (PTD) benefits, and the Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Division (Division) denied her claim. Morris sought review by the Wyoming Medical Commission (Commission), which upheld the Division's denial of benefits. The district court affirmed.
