Affirming.
Tlie appellant was indicted for the murder of Ona. Hunt, convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and sentenced to five years imprisonment. He appeals, urging that the evidence'was insufficient to take the case to the jury, and that in any event, the Court committed reversible error in failing to instruct the jury on involuntary manslaughter.
