Gerald R. Jones brought this action against the United States under the FTCA, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b), for damages sustained in an auto collision caused by the alleged negligence of an employee of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior of the United States. The district court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment, limiting Jones to the Nevada workmen’s compensation benefits that he has already received as his exclusive remedy.
