MEMORANDUM OPINION
RENÉE HARRIS TOLIVER, United States Magistrate Judge.
Pursuant to the parties’ consent to proceed before the magistrate judge (Doc. 16), this case has been transferred to the undersigned for final ruling. For the reasons discussed herein, the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 17) is DENIED, and the Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 19) is GRANTED. The Commissioner’s decision is thus AFFIRMED.
