Anderson & Associates, P.A. and Robert F. Anderson (collectively “Trustee”) filed suit as Trustee in bankruptcy against Samuel Simchon and multiple related parties (collectively “Defendants”) who had all been connected to Southern Textile Knitters, Inc. (“Debtor”) before its bankruptcy. Trustee argued that Defendants had fraudulently misappropriated large sums of cash and inventory from Debtor while they were in control of its activities. The bankruptcy court rejected Trustee’s major substantive claims, found in favor of Trustee on certain minor counts, and sanctioned Trustee’s counsel…
