Jerome Fagan made his will, that reads as follows:

“State of South Carolina.
“I, Jerome Eagan, of the City of Columbia, in said State, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, but feeble in body and well knowing the uncertainty of life, do make, publish and declare this to be and contain my last will and testament, hereby revoking all instruments of a like nature heretofore made by me.
