This matter is before the Court on the motion for fées, costs, and expenses 'filed-by the law firm of Cross & Kearney PLLC, which seeks $243,210.17 for work performed and expenses incurred in connection with James T. Stephenson’s Track B claim. In addition, Cross & Kearney and its counsel together request $39,431.00 for fees incurred in the preparation of this fee petition.
