MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

GETZENDANNER, District Judge:

This action is brought under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiffs Stewart Lemon and William Ward sue on their own behalf and on behalf of a class of individuals similarly situated, charging that certain provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”), Ill.Rev.Stat. ch. 68, TÍ1T1-101 to 9-102 (1983), are unconstitutional.
