THIS CAUSE was tried before the court over a protracted period of approximately eighteen days, commencing on September 20, 1982 and concluding on November 9, 1982. The husband, Herbert Pulitzer, Jr., was present and represented by able counsel, Robert T. Scott, Esquire and Mark T. Luttier, Esquire. The wife, Roxanne D.
