This is an action for $15,000 for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. The jury found for defendants, and plaintiff has appealed from the judgment entered.

Plaintiff went to the jury upon primary negligence charges that when defendants' driver "saw or by the exercise of the highest degree of care could and would have seen the automobile in which plaintiff was riding, . . . approaching in a northwardly direction along and upon said Telegraph road;" that "at said time there was danger of a collision between said automobiles if the defendant Lester Mild turned said automobile…
