Clarence Moore (Claimant) is a fifty-four year old worker who was injured in 2003 while working as a welder for Fru-Con Construction Corporation (Fru-Con). Claimant received workers’ compensation benefits for an injured knee and back. Claimant was treated by Dr. Gordon *204Webb, Dr. Douglas Ganburg, and Dr. Greg Garrison.
