Plaintiff Jose Marroquin, on behalf of himself and a class of co-workers, and plaintiff Jose Sales claim damages in a collective action filed against their employers Unlimited Restoration, Inc. (“URI”), MFC General Contracting, Inc. (“MFC”), and Miguel Canales 1 , Fredis Canales, and Alicia Canales individually.
