The plaintiff in error, Murphy, was convicted of murder in tlie first degree at the October term, 1914, of the Burlington Oyer and Terminer, and brings error. The entire record of the proceedings had upon the trial is brought up' under section 136 of the Criminal Procedure act and he specifies eleven causes for reversal under section 137.
