Crain v. Gibson

This appeal is taken from a decision by the Wexford County Circuit Court affirming in part the decision of the 84th Judicial District Court granting plaintiff-appellee’s motion for summary judgment. There was no testimonial record in the case and the matter was submitted to both the district court and the circuit court upon the admissions made in the pleadings, the records of the Wexford County Board of Commissioners, reports filed with said county and a limited stipulation of facts.
