Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed March 25, 1991, which, inter alia, ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because her employment was terminated due to misconduct.

Claimant was employed by B.C.C. Associates, Inc., whose business is providing money-counting services and equipment. B.C.C. has a contract with the New York City Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority (hereinafter the Authority) to provide such services with respect to the Authority’s toll receipts, estimated to aggregate some $1.7 million daily.…
