This case is before this Court on appeal from the judg*339ment of the Territorial Court holding Armstrong Ford, Inc. (“Armstrong”) and Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) jointly and severally liable for the full purchase price of an automobile sold by Armstrong to Felixia Campbell. Armstrong appeals this judgment on the grounds that Campbell did not meet her burden of proof and that the decision of the trial court was clearly erroneous in light of the evidence before it.
