In this diversity action,’ plaintiffs, Dixie Portland Flour Mills, Inc., and its liability insurance carrier, Selective Insurance Co., seek indemnity or contribution from defendants, Dixie Feed & Seed Co., a corporation, J. Ralph Whitehead, d/b/a Comer Gin Co. and James Lee Johnston.
