LITTLE, Chief Judge.

Before the court is the report and recommendation of the magistrate (Doc. 226), suggesting that we deny the motion for summary judgment filed by defendants, Sheriff Bill Belt (“Belt”), Warden A.J. Thi-bodeaux (“Thibodeaux”), Officer Kelly Jones (“Jones”), Officer John Austin (“Austin”), 1 and the Medical Department at Avoyelles Parish Jail (“APJ”).
