This appeal involves the liability of a taxicab company for allowing an assault on a passenger.
Appellant, Black & White Cab Company, (hereinafter called “Cab Company”) is a corporation engaged in the taxicab business in Fort Smith. Appellee, Paul Doville, filed action against'the Cah Company for actual and punitive damages which he alleged were sustained by him when he was assaulted and beaten while a passenger in a taxicab of the Cab Company.
