GREENBERG, Circuit Judge.
Appellants, Theodore Joseph and Leroy Davis, appeal from judgments of conviction and sentence in this criminal case. A four-count information was filed in the District Court of the Virgin Islands charging them as well as Vernon Nesbitt with conspiracy to possess cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, knowing use of a firearm, a subma-chine gun, during and in relation to a drug crime, and knowing use of a firearm, a semi-automatic pistol, during and in relation to a drug crime. 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1)…
