Fisher, plaintiff, filed a complaint seeking a preliminary and permanent injunction to recover possession of certain space on the tenth floor of the Michigan Square Building, 540 North Michigan avenue, Chicago, Illinois, from which he had been evicted by Michigan Square Building Corporation, defendant, the owner of the property.
