The defendants C & D Security Management, Inc. (“C & D”), and Lance Woodward move pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) to dismiss the counts directed against them in the amended complaint filed by the plaintiff, John Logan. The named defendant, SecTek, Inc. (“SecTek”), is not a party to the instant motions. C & D and Woodward argue that Logan’s amended complaint fails to state claims upon which relief can be granted.
