Plaintiff-Appellant Efrain Cervantez sued his former employer Defendant-Ap-pellee KMGP Services Company Inc. (“KMGP”), alleging that it fired him because of his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
